Labiaplasty is an aesthetic surgical procedure wherein we reduce or correct asymmetry in the labia minora or labia majora. What is labiaplasty

With labiaplasty, a plastic surgeon can reduce the size of the labia minora or add fullness to the labia majora. When performed along with plastic surgery of the vaginal wall, the surgery is performed by a plastic surgeon and a gynecologist working together.

Labiaplasty is a relatively simple procedure that takes about thirty minutes and can be done as an outpatient procedure, i.e., without general anesthesia. Complications are rare, and the effect is immediate.

Before the procedure

Patients traveling to ABClinic Art & Beauty for labiaplasty from abroad can have the first consultation online. The operating surgeon will recommend a suitable technique as well as a pre-operative skin treatment or subcutaneous tissue therapy to achieve optimal results and long-term effects.

The procedure

The surgery is performed under local anesthesia or analgosedation. It is possible to perform it under general anesthesia. A small section of the labia is removed, the wound is sutured using absorbable stitches and closed with a sterile cover. The scars are positioned within the skin folds so they are not visible.

After the procedure

We use absorbable sutures for labiaplasty, so you will not need to have your sutures removed after the procedure. You do not have to follow strict rules during the recovery period after leaving the clinic; we only recommend restricting sports and exercise for two weeks and abstaining from sexual relations for at least three to four weeks. You will need to pay extra attention to hygiene for two to three weeks after the procedure.

Important information

It is possible to combine labiaplasty with other plastic surgeries, such as abdominoplasty, vaginoplasty, and augmentation.
