Lip Lift
Many women are troubled by insufficient lip volume, which makes them look unnecessarily strict. The problem can be not only in the fullness, but also in the shape itself, or in the distance between the nose and the upper lip. During ageing, when the volume of the subcutaneous structures is lost, this distance lengthens and visually makes the upper lip thinner and the face look older. The solution is a minimally invasive procedure called a lip lift.
Beautifully arched and full lips can add attractiveness to the face. Not satisfied with yours? Then a lip lift, a minimally invasive procedure that painlessly improves their shape, is the right choice for you.

What is a lip lift
A lip lift is an operation that shortens the distance between the upper lip and the nose. This achieves a younger and fresher appearance of the lips. At the same time, the redness of the upper lip is proportionally increased, thus increasing the attractiveness of the appearance.
For whom is the lip lift suitable
Aesthetic surgery Lip lift is recommended to naturally enlarge the lips and address the unaesthetic distance between the lips and nose.

Important information
Even though restrictions in normal activities are not necessary, we recommend at least one week of rest. The swelling persists for about 3 days, after 10 days it subsides completely.
Before surgery
The plastic surgeon will recommend not only the appropriate technique, but also any pre-operative skin treatment or subcutaneous therapy. This can significantly contribute to the best possible outcome of the surgery.
As the procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, we only perform basic blood sampling, no specific examination is required.
We also recommend a consultation with our nutritionist. During the recovery period it is important to support good wound healing. You can work on this already in the period before surgery by taking some nutritional supplements.
The course of the operation
After local anaesthesia, the plastic surgeon makes a small incision under the nose and removes the excess skin. At the same time, he will adjust the subcutaneous tissue and muscles in the upper lip area. He then sutures the wound just below the nose, making the scar almost invisible.
The procedure takes approximately 45 minutes.
After the operation
The treated area may be slightly swollen and bruised for a few days, but this will not prevent you from doing normal activities. You should follow a special hygiene regime for a few days after surgery and avoid increased physical exertion.
The final results of the surgery are usually visible within 2 to 3 weeks.
