You need an in-person consultation with an ENT specialist or in a sleep lab before every operation. Make sure to tell your doctor the truth about any medical conditions, medications you take and allergies before the operation.
We can resolve snoring problems with a relatively simple procedure performed with a laser. It requires only local anesthetic applied directly to the patient’s soft palate. The procedure usually lasts no more than half an hour. Since we all have different gag reflexes, this procedure must be performed on an empty stomach.
You may feel some discomfort in swallowing for 1-2 hours after the procedure due to the local anesthetic, so do not eat, drink or smoke during that time. We recommend increasing oral hygiene and modifying your liquid intake and diet temporarily.
The final price of the operation will be set after a personal consultation with a doctor at our clinic. The prices given in our price list are for the purposes of orientation only.
Every medical procedure involves a certain amount of risk. While your surgeon and our clinic’s surgical team will do everything in their power to ensure no complications arise, certain adverse effects cannot be ruled out entirely. Given the nature of this procedure and the use of a laser, complications appear very rarely.
